| I went to my friend Nick's funeral today. I remember meeting him and how he just clicked so well with all of us and how he had a heart for God. We have a lot of great memories of him. I don't know why God took him at this time, but I know God is good and Nick is with him right now. I'll be happy when we can see him again after this life is finished.
Nick, I love you a lot. You are an awesome friend. It's hard to know I won't see you for a while, but it's only a while. Here's goodbye for now.

| You know how you have these bad times and you feel like God's being unfair, but then things get better and you realize that you just had to wait it out. But then the next bad time you have, you find yourself doubting again. I think we should all do ourselves a favor and realize that another bad time is just around the corner, and when it gets here, let us not doubt God, but trust him and wait.
